About Jay
Jay is a trial attorney with 25 plus years of experience, who practices in the Firm’s litigation department. Over the course of his career, Jay has successfully represented businesses and individuals in cases filed across the country involving claims arising from contracts, warranties, commercial transactions, construction, and automobile accidents.
Collecting the information needed to assess a claim or defense, as early as practicable, and frankly communicating that assessment with his clients early and often, is a passion of Jay’s. If there is a way to avoid a bout of lengthy of litigation, Jay will do everything he can to find it. If that is not possible, Jay will prepare the prepare for and try the case. Jay has appeared countless times before courts, both locally and nationally, on hearings, trials and appeals.
Jay believes 2022 is shaping into a prosperous year, both as a recent addition to the Blue Sky Law Team and, more importantly, a fan of the 2022 National Championship Bulldogs. Among his passions of spending time with his family, travel, and skiing, Jay devotes time to championing gender equality issues.
