As a trial attorney, Stephanie has spent a great deal of time in the courtroom and has tried numerous jury trials to verdict. When she is not advocating on behalf of her clients to a judge or jury, she is providing pragmatic advice to her clients on insurance coverage, commercial contract, and general liability matters.

Stephanie’s business practice involves litigating matters related to breach of contract, breach of warranty, violation of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act (UFTA), negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent inducement to contract, and coverage disputes. She also litigates general liability claims, including premises liability and automobile liability matters.

When not in the courtroom, or fighting for her client’s interests, Stephanie enjoys baking and watching her beloved Crimson Tide. Stephanie also loves to travel, and Cape Town, South Africa ranks at the top of her list.

Stephanie practices before all state and federal courts in Georgia as well as the Office of State Administrative Hearings (OSAH). She also represents clients in arbitration proceedings and has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple state and district courts.
