About Kerri

Kerri is a versatile attorney who specializes in employment law and litigation, as well as general business disputes. Kerri assists businesses, small and large, in complying with ever-changing employment laws, minimizing risk, and promoting a fair and equitable workplace. She frequently represents businesses in state and federal court, and before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Kerri assists clients with a myriad of employment-related disputes, including complaints of employment discrimination, as well as general business matters such violations of nondisclosure obligations, breach of contract, torts, and trade secret violations.

Kerri also advises clients on employment-related policies, procedures, and contractual matters. She assists businesses in complying with employment-related laws. Kerri has over 10 years of experience litigating in federal and state courts, including as second chair for two federal jury trials.

Kerri previously worked at mid-sized and large law firms, in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. From 2002-2003, Kerri served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carl E. Stewart of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Kerri grew up on a small farm in southeastern Ohio. When she is not practicing law, she enjoys live music and spending time with her young son.
