Rob Turner

About Rob

Rob is a business attorney with extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate and communications infrastructure matters.

Rob's extensive commercial real estate experience ranges from purchase and sale agreements, acquisition due diligence (title and survey), acquisition finance, to negotiating numerous cell tower and roof top lease agreements and in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) agreements, to data center-related lease and hosting agreements. Rob's corporate and commercial experience includes numerous commercial contracts (sales and procurement) and extensive experience with buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions. Rob has previously worked with several larger law firms in Atlanta and has served an in-house commercial attorney with an Atlanta-based IT network services provider.

Rob received his undergraduate education from Auburn University, where he received his BA in History. Rob received his Juris Doctor from the Seattle University School of Law, where he was a member of Law Review's Editorial Board. Rob is a member of the State Bars of Georgia and Washington.

Rob is currently teaching a class as an adjunct law professor at Seattle University's School of Law. The class focuses on innovations in our built environments, with an emphasis on communications infrastructure, adapting to 5G rollout, and a separate component focusing on adapting to climate change impacts on our communities.

Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Alice and four children. In addition, Rob can often be found running ridiculously long-distance trail races and enjoying a hoppy IPA after the race.
